1. Acceptance of Terms

This website is owned and operated by FNBC Florida, LLC, doing business as The Business Broker Experts ("we", "us", "our"). By using it you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. By ticking the optional SMS consent box on the form on this website, you agree to receive customer care communications from The Business Broker Experts.

2. SMS Messaging Terms

FNBC Florida, LLC, doing business as The Business Broker Experts sends Customer Care text messages (1:1 support and scheduling, such as appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and replies to inquiries) from our business text line to people who tick the optional SMS consent box on the form on this website. You agree to receive customer care communications only when you tick that box. Opting in to SMS is optional and not required to submit this form or use our services. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our business text line. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected] or (561) 305-4436.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages only in response to your inquiry or appointment; frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

  • If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy, linked at the bottom of every page.

  • You must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

3. Use of This Site

You may not copy, republish or misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for anything unlawful.
